You don’t need to weigh or measure everything. Listen to your body and eat slowly.


Move with intention.

Walk, stretch, or just move with intention - it makes a difference. Incorporate movement as part of your day in ways that work for you.


Don’t underestimate fatigue.

Good sleep and real rest are part of the process.


Respect your process.

It won’t always be linear, but it will always reward consistency.
