  1. Drink Water. Start with half your bodyweight in ounces per day. Hydration drives performance, focus and digestion. 


  1. Move Every Day. Movement matters. Train with purpose, not just pressure. 


  1. Build Your Rhythm. A set routine boosts energy and mental clarity. 


  1. Eat to Support Your Life. Chew slowly. Be present. Fuel according to your activity, not emotions. 


  1. Remember the Long Game. Think of health and strength as a lifelong project.
