Breakfast Bowl

Protein: 30g | Calories: ~ 404 cal | Carbs: 10g | Fats: 27g


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 serving of cottage cheese (or thick Greek yogurt)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Finely chopped red onion

  • Hot sauce to taste

  • Everything Bagel seasoning

  • Tajín or chili-lime seasoning


Preparation

  1. Cook the eggs

    - Bring water to a boil and cook the eggs for 7–8 minutes so the yolk stays soft.

    - Once ready, transfer them to ice water, peel them, and cut them in half.

  2. Prepare the base

    - Place one serving of cottage cheese in a bowl as the base.

  3. Assemble the bowl

    - Add the eggs, sliced avocado, cilantro, and red onion.

  4. Add hot sauce, Everything Bagel seasoning, and Tajín to taste.
