Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 serving of cottage cheese (or thick Greek yogurt)
1/2 avocado
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Finely chopped red onion
Hot sauce to taste
Everything Bagel seasoning
Tajín or chili-lime seasoning
Preparation
Cook the eggs
- Bring water to a boil and cook the eggs for 7–8 minutes so the yolk stays soft.
- Once ready, transfer them to ice water, peel them, and cut them in half.
Prepare the base
- Place one serving of cottage cheese in a bowl as the base.
Assemble the bowl
- Add the eggs, sliced avocado, cilantro, and red onion.
Add hot sauce, Everything Bagel seasoning, and Tajín to taste.
