Ingredients - Salmon
2 salmon fillets- cut into cubes
1⁄2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1⁄2 tbsp soy sauce
1⁄2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp olive oil
Ingredients - Bang Bang Sauce
60g light mayonnaise
2–3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tsp sriracha
Ingredients - Bowl Base
Rice
Sliced cucumber
Shredded carrots
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions
Avocado (optional but recommended)
Preparation
Mix the salmon with all the ingredients and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Place in the air fryer at 200°C for 8–12 minutes until crispy.
Mix the sauce ingredients.
Assemble the bowl: rice, veggies, and salmon.
Finish with bang bang sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions.
